TRACY CARTER
A seasoned residential real estate agent of 15 years, Tracy has worked with seller buyer, investor, international, relocation and military clients. Her experience includes luxury homes, upsizing and downsizing, investment properties, first time buyers, retirement homes, short-sales and foreclosures.
Her specialty is to seek first to understand her clients goals. Tracy sees it as her responsibility to provide education on the real estate process, negotiate the transaction and follow it through to a successful conclusion.
